I always remember that my job is to get you the results you want.  I have concentrated in representing  clients in a wide variety of litigation matters for 40 years, concentrating on major, sophisticated and comples cases.  I always try to avoid litigation if that is possible.  It is nearly always better for my clients to resolve a dispute before it gets to court.  I will negotiate or mediate a dispute when that makes sense for you.  If not, I will consider arbitration or litigation.  In every case, I analyze the issues to determine the best strategy and tactics to get the best results possible.  Then I implement   that strategy.
