Honesty and Integrity

I had found myself in a mess after a disgruntled employee filed a lawsuit against my business. After speaking with other attorneys, I hired Howard because he was extremely attentive and familiarized himself with every minute detail pertaining to the case. Howard helped settle my lawsuit before it eve...n went to court for a fraction of the six figures that the plaintiff was seeking. He's a brilliant lawyer. I couldn't ask for better counsel. Hire Howard without blinking your eyes!

Thoughtful, thorough, honest and prompt

I used Avvo to find Howard Brown. I called several lawyers listed here and Howard was very prompt in returning my call. I was drawn to his profile because other people had mentioned that he does not take every case. I wanted him to be honest about the chances I had for success if we moved forward. Af...ter hearing my story, while I was still on the phone, he had some ideas and looked into them immediately. He found that my situation held merit, and that there were some precedents for moving forward in a particular direction. He was able to negotiate a successful settlement. He was open and honest with me all the way through. He made it clear when certain avenues would not yield success and I felt that he was on my side throughout the whole unpleasant ordeal. Should you need an advocate I would not hesitate to recommend Howard Brown and am very glad that I found him myself.

Great Employment Lawyer

I came to Howard looking for help in understanding my separation agreement after resigning from my job. He was able to provide clear information about my rights and duties under the agreement, as well as advice on how to negotiate the agreement. He was honest, personable, and clear. I would recommend... him to anyone in need of an employment lawyer.

Ongoing advice with labor issues

We have operated a small business in Boston for over 30 years. Howard Brown came highly recommended by our accountant as someone knowledgeable and experienced with respect to employer/employee relations. He has worked with us on an ongoing basis for several years to help us navigate employment law.... In particular, he has helped us proactively ensure that our policies as included in our employee manual are maintained and in line with federal, state and local requirements. In addition, he has provided us with sound and practical advice on occasional issues related to sick leave & benefits policy, workmen's compensation & employee terminations. I can strongly recommend Mr. Brown as an educated and thoughtful attorney on matters related to employment law.

Excellent Attorney for Employment Matters

We contacted Howard for legal advice regarding professional employment agreements and other related employment matters.
