I consulted with and later hired Attorney Howard Brown on a employment matter as a business owner. He understood both the employer and the employee factors in our case. He was extremely knowledgeable and sensitive to the resolution of our case in the most effective way for all parties. He provided g...reat insight and various scenarios for an amicable resolution. He is very quick to respond to emails or phone calls. He was amazing to have on our team. He is great at what he does which allows us to do what we need to do-the daily running our own business. I highly recommend!

Excellent Attorney, No Pressure.

Howard was hired to represent us on a harassment case. He spent plenty of time with us in the consultation prior to being hired explaining the pros and cons of the case, potential outcomes and provided an in depth explanation of our insurance policy limits. The initial conversation was relaxed and... we felt no pressure. We hired Howard and he immediately went to work with the insurance company and plaintiff's attorney. Within just a couple months Howard was able to bring our case to resolution with a settlement that we felt was reasonable given the circumstances. We would use Howard again in a second if needed.

Attorney Brown is smart, knowledgeable, and experienced. He helped me defend my unemployment benefits against an appeal by the employer. You can expect personal attention, reasonable fees, and someone who explains things clearly. I highly recommend him.

Have the best in your corner!

I have worked with Howard for over two years on a very difficult and time consuming case. He never gave up and took the case from state to state until we ultimately came to a fair conclusion. He is great to work with and gives insightful advise along the way. If you have a dispute with your employer ...Howard should be your first pick.

Steady support

After a few years of a challenging relationship with my boss, she began withholding some of my wages and threatening my employment and further compensation. Howard had clear answers for me about the law and the expectations of employers. He gave me specific feedback on how to respond to my boss’s thr...eats and also sent a well-drafted email to her directly as per my request. After receiving his email, my boss backed down and paid me the wages she owed. Howard provided steady and reassuring guidance during a very stressful time in my employment. His involvement was pivotal in my own peace of mind and also in settling the dispute with my employer. I highly recommend him.
