Evey M. Diaz

Evey has been a ROCK for me through a complicated and difficult post-divorce custody issue. From the time I met her, I felt like she was a friend who genuinely cared for me and my girls. I guess it says it all when I say that the morning of my first court date, I was greeted with a hug and a smile ...not a handshake. Evey is assertive, responsive and incredibly proactive when it comes to advocating for me and my children. She is focused and detail oriented but remains even-keeled and sees the "big picture". I know if I need in-the-moment advice she has been there. I am never kept waiting - calls and emails are always returned quickly. She even called me while on vacation with her family to help me deal with an urgent issue. She has helped navigate so many different pieces to this puzzle with ease, including DCF and GAL's. Dealing with this has been one of the scariest and stressful experiences of my life., but I have never felt alone in this whole situation with her on my side. I truly cannot thank her enough or recommend her enough to anyone needing representation.
