I don't want to dive super heavy into the fine details of my case on a public forum, but I'll just say that Evey was able to take what was a very negative child custody situation, and turned it around into the best possible outcome I could ask for (given the circumstances). Thanks to her efforts, I am now able to spend priceless time with my daughter, whereas when all of this started, my ex was severely restricting my parenting time and weaponizing it to be cruel and vindictive. Her negotiation skills are like witnessing a grand chess master at work. She is able to play out different moves and the likelihood of outcomes based on her extensive experience in similar situations. She then uses that knowledge to negotiate with the opposing counsel and is very, very, good at it. She also explains everything very clearly in non-legalese terms for those of us who are outside of the profession. Just as importantly, she understands what you are going through and is kind and empathetic through it all. Truly a master of her craft. I can't wrap this up without giving a massive shoutout to the rest of the wonderful people who she works with in the office and who also worked on my case. They were very friendly and helpful, and I appreciate all of them. On a final note, I think when Evey eventually retires, they should definitely hang her jersey from the rafters of the Court. She is the G.O.A.T. with the Midas Touch. Thank you for everything.

I can not speak highly enough about Evey Diaz and the entire team at Grimaldi and Pesiridis. I'm sure there are a lot of people out there that get blindsided by a separation and when you have children that is very scary. You just don't know what will be thrown at you. In my case my ex threw the en...tire kitchen sink at me and then picked it up and tried to hit me with it again. She hired a firm that I have to believe doesn't care about the child and their best interest in a custody matter. All they care about is fighting as dirty as possible to ruin whoever they are up against. They hurled lies and erroneous claims and, since we were never married, they used those lies to keep my daughter away from me for 8 months to gain an upper hand in our case. Apparently, in Massachusetts, if you were never married then the father has to prove paternity and has 0 rights in regards to their child under the eyes of Mass law. With all of that said from the moment I was referred to Evey she was upfront , honest and most importantly was willing and wanted to fight for my rights as a father. She left no stone unturned in getting to the actual facts in my case. She worked tirelessly to make sure that I got the best possible outcome. I truly do believe that if I had a different Lawyer I would not have custody of my daughter now. At the beginning it seamed bleak since my ex came out swinging, however Evey kept me calm and assured me that she would make sure that my rights as a father would granted to me and that she would not stop until all of the false claims and erroneous accusations were proven false and I would get custody back. Well, she did such a good job my ex fired her lawyers and after a master class in negotiation she was able to get me a custody agreement that at the beginning never seemed possible. The best part is because of her tenacity and attention to detail she got this agreement without even having to go to trial. I can't put too many details in this because the guidelines say so but trust me when I say that a negotiated agreement without having to battle it out at trial should earn Evey some sort of award. Thank you Evey, Marc and the rest of the team at Grimaldi and Pesiridis. I will forever be grateful for what you did for me and my beautiful daughter!

Prior to hiring Ms. Diaz I had another attorney whom wasn’t doing much at all on my case. After hiring Ms. Diaz she got me into court that same week and moved everything on my case right away. She was always on point, polite, quick to respond to emails/ case updates. I felt at ease the moment she too...k my case. She has great deal of divorce case experience, worked hard with her team on my case and even during pandemic time she was able to get me divorced in less than 1 year. I have no idea what I would have done without her. She did get me the best deal possible on my case.

I am beyond impressed with Evey. My particular case was very emotional for me.
