I don't want to dive super heavy into the fine details of my case on a public forum, but I'll just say that Evey was able to take what was a very negative child custody situation, and turned it around into the best possible outcome I could ask for (given the circumstances). Thanks to her efforts, I am now able to spend priceless time with my daughter, whereas when all of this started, my ex was severely restricting my parenting time and weaponizing it to be cruel and vindictive. Her negotiation skills are like witnessing a grand chess master at work. She is able to play out different moves and the likelihood of outcomes based on her extensive experience in similar situations. She then uses that knowledge to negotiate with the opposing counsel and is very, very, good at it. She also explains everything very clearly in non-legalese terms for those of us who are outside of the profession. Just as importantly, she understands what you are going through and is kind and empathetic through it all. Truly a master of her craft. I can't wrap this up without giving a massive shoutout to the rest of the wonderful people who she works with in the office and who also worked on my case.
