I came to Evey broken and defeated after already spending $15K with another attorney. I had watched on the sideline as she fought tenaciously and WON the custody and child support battles that my girlfriend took a equity loan out just to fight back . can’t say enough about Evey, she is empathetic, but is honest. She is kind, but practical. She is supportive, but encourages strength in her clients. Mine, is a very complicated case. It started 9 years ago. At the time I had another wonderful attorney but he is now retired. It was so very stressful ...when, after a custody trial, I not only had to endure another court proceeding, but a new attorney. I have to say I not only had Evey representing me but two of the other partners also had input in my case. This is an amazing firm. This being a custody case it is crucial you make the right decisions in who represents you. My daughter is only just over ten. I feel that the actions we needed to take, were addressed, with careful thought, and the outcome was successful for my daughter. I highly recommend Evey, and her firm, as you will truly feel they are all in this with you.

I am beyond impressed with Evey. My particular case was very emotional for me. I’ve had experience with lawyers in the past who don’t go out of their way to collect anything from their client but factual evidence, however Evey lent an ear. She showed empathy and took into consideration everything I f...elt was important to mention, even if it could not be proved with evidence. Attorney Diaz was very caring throughout my child custody litigation. I was already divorced at this point, but wanted to change the school where my son attended and where we lived. I always felt like she heard me and had my best interest in hand every step of the way. She had a legal team in the off...ice to consult with as needed which was very helpful as well. In the end we were able to work out our case outside of the court and got the stamp of approval from the judge. I am very pleased that as parents, we got to make the decisions for our son even through we had to use lawyers to do so.
