Michelle R. Moucharite

My experience with attorney Mishelle Moucharite was extremely disappointing. I hired Ms. Moucharite in May 2023 to represent me in my divorce case and paid approximately $6,000 in legal fees. After representing me for only about one month, she withdrew from my case on the morning of my court heari...ng on June 28, 2023, claiming that she had lost confidence in the attorney-client relationship. In my opinion, this was one of the most damaging moments in my case. Throughout the representation, I felt that many actions taken were not in my best interest. Shortly before the final hearing, I was introduced to another attorney, Jennifer LaManna, and I was asked to pay an additional $1,500. I felt that I was being pressured for more money rather than receiving the legal support I had expected. Based on my personal experience, I found the representation to be focused more on fees than on achieving the best outcome for the client. In my opinion, the approach felt money-driven and unprofessional. As a result of my experience, I later filed a court claim regarding the matter. Fortunately, other honest attorneys helped correct problems that arose during my case and allowed me to move forward. I would not recommend hiring Ms. Moucharite. Anyone considering her services should carefully review all fee agreements, keep detailed records, and obtain a second opinion before making important legal decisions.
