A Boston native, Frederic N. Halström is one of the finest personal

Massachusetts and New England. Mr. Halström's law firm represents personal

Mr. Halström has
personally argued cases before the United States Court of Appeals in the First Circuit (Boston, Massachusetts), Eleventh Circuit (Atlanta, Georgia). Mr.
Halström has argued before the United States District Courts in Massachusetts,
Michigan, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. Furthermore, he has personally argued cases in the
Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, the Appeals Court of Massachusetts and
the Supreme Court of Georgia. He has tried cases in the Massachusetts Superior Court, the New Hampshire
Superior Court, the United States District Courts in Massachusetts, Georgia and
Rhode Island. He represents clients from intake, discovery, trial preparation,
the actual trials, and personally argues the appeals if needed. 

Mr. Halström was
educated at some of the most prestigious higher educational institutions in
America. Raised in South Boston and West Roxbury, he attended Boston College
High School and graduated from Mt. St. Charles academy of Woonsocket, R. I. He did his undergraduate work at Northeastern University, the United States Air Force Academy, and
Georgetown University, where he earned his A.B. degree. Attorney Halström then attended
Boston College's prestigious law school and he earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.). He
is 25+ years
AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts,
the Federal District Courts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, the US Court of
Appeals 1st and 11th Circuits, and the US Tax Court. Because
he is committed to higher education, Mr. Halstrom provides financial and
professional support to students at The United States Air Force Academy,
Georgetown University, and Boston College Law. He has established the Halstrom Family
Scholarship at Georgetown, at graduation the law school awards a grad a
distinction of the Frederic N. Halström Oral Advocacy Excellence for the top oral advocat. The award includes financial
stanton from the scholars at the law school funded by Mr. Halström. He yearly
sponsors the Frederic N. Halström National Moot Court Team at Boston College
Law School. An award in his name is awarded annually at Law School Graduation to a graduating law student for outstanding
oral advocacy. He also has endowed a scholarship at Georgetown, D.C. He is a member of the
Sabre Society for the Association of Graduates of the US Air Force Academy. He has written many
articles in national legal publications and has presented many papers and lectures both
nationally and internationally. He has appeared Pro Hac Vice in Federal District courts in
Georgia and New Hampshire, the Georgia Supreme Court, and New Hampshire
Superior Court. He also appeared by deposition internationally in the United Kingdom,
Germany, Italy, and Greece. He is frequently interviewed by press
and electronic media. 

Mr. Halström is also
a member of many professional organizations. He is currently a member of the American Association for Justice (Leaders Forum), a diplomat to
Pan-European Organization of Personal Injury Lawyers (PEOPIL), Massachusetts Bar Association, United
Kingdom Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, the Consumer Attorneys of California, the Iowa
Trial Lawyers Association, the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas Trial
Lawyers Association, the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, the Arizona Trial
Association, Massachusetts Trial Lawyers Association, and is an associate
member of both the American College of Legal Medicine and of the Association of
Graduates of the USAF Academy. Mr. Halström is the past president of the Massachusetts Academy of
Trial Attorneys    (1996-1997), and he serves on the National board
of the American Association for Justice where the firm is a Leader
Forum member. He is also
listed in Who’s Who in America, Who's Who in American and
International Law,
and Best Lawyers in America,
Massachusetts and 

has authored numerous articles, served as a radio talk show host- "The
Legal Scale"- and presented papers and spoken at legal meetings in Louisiana, Texas, North
Dakota, Canada, 
St. Kitts, Aruba, St. Lucia, Bermuda, Dominican Republic, Mexico,
Massachusetts, the United Kingdom, etc. He receives the award for outstanding
work in Oral Advocacy every year from the Boston College Law School. He was
Captain of the Carlisle Minutemen (1997) and is a frequent donor of fine wines,
cash and sports tickets to schools and charities. Residing in Carlisle, Ma.,
he is married to Dr. Elena Strelnikova, DPT and has three children, Ingrid, Reggie
and Mikhail.
