I had Ben as a lawyer, I believed everything he said. He told me everything he was going to do With no results. Being a combat veteran I felt he was going to fight for me, how wrong I was. He stopped returning my calls and I knew, he was blowing me off. My wife sent an email and he replied with "end... of contract" He basically made us feel like I had been an inconvience to him. The next day my case was just thrown in a box along with 2 other people's cases, how professional. It arrived at my house less than 24 hrs after he emailed us. To me it was all planned he didn't want to deal with my case. My trust in lawyers has been tainted.

This individual talks a lot about what he's going to do for you and proceeds to do nothing. He is employed by a highly reputable firm, so this circumstance may have only been specific to me personally. I believed in him and he let me down by not following through on any of the things he said he was g...oing to do. I tried to contact him over a period of several days, and he responded only after I stated that I was going to obtain another lawyer. For some reason, his fingers weren't working before then, and he made no effort to salvage the relationship. He seemed glad to see that I had cut him loose. Be cautious about putting your faith in this person. He has a way of gaining your confidence, and in my case, with zero results.
