Michael represented me in an contract dispute with a very large financial instititution. I worked with Michael on this dispute over a three year period. The dispute was ultimately tried in court. At each step of the process, Michael was thorough, well prepared and demonstrated a commanding understanding of the underlying laws. He was better prepared than the defendant's attorneys even though they had a lot more resources to bring to bear on the dispute.
Michael's preparation, understanding of the business issues, and his limited, but judicious use of the resources of his firm were critical in obtaining a jury award of over $2,000,000 plus interest.
I found that Michael's time charges were reasonable. He didn't spend his time and my money going off on tangents.
Leonard Davidson, Litigation Attorney
I highly endorse this lawyer's work. Mike and I worked together for many years at Rubin and Rudman before I left to join another firm. I therefore had the opportunity to observe his work quite closely. He is a highly competent, very bright and aggressive litigator. I have referred clients to him and would happily do so again.
