Heather Virginia Baer

Having worked with Jonathan Fitch (Fitch Law Partners LLP) many years ago, I reached out to him for counsel in the midst of a wrongful termination. Jonathan brought Ms. Baer to the case, and she became the lead. Heather was thoughtful, thorough, responsive, and persistent. She proved to be a val...uable and valued strategic partner as we entered negotiations with my previous employer. Although historically intractable, this employer succumbed to the presentation of our highly persuasive position, ultimately agreeing to a severance three times that of its original offer.
