He was excellent.

Tim was honest, prompt, and kind throughout our business dealings. He didn’t charge me any extra fees other than what we originally negotiated even though I did ask a lot of questions and he had to do a little extra work. Tim also had a sense of humor, which helped me through the process. I would ...highly recommend him.

Attorney Rodden was extremely responsive when I called him. He was reassuring, confident and expeditious in his actions to resolve my issue with my former employer.

A thorough and highly knowledgeable attorney

I consulted Timothy on a matter, and he took the time and performed complete and thorough research to advise me of my options as it concerned my case. He was very timely, delivered when he stated he would, and was extremely comprehensive and thorough in addressing the merits of my case. Timothy... is also very intelligent, thorough, and knows his stuff inside and out, and he was painstakingly detailed and completed his due diligence and thorough research to advise me of my options. I felt very comfortable in speaking with Timothy, and will definitely feel comfortable with him in the future as it regards any legal issues that I may come across. He is a very trusted and knowledgeable attorney. Without hesitation, I will also definitely refer him to my friends and family if they ever need any legal assistance. Thanks a lot Timothy. Unlike many other attorneys, you actually are very client-centric and look at matters from the client's viewpoint as opposed to solely thinking of your own self. That is a refreshing change in itself!

I highly recommend Tim

I couldn't have had a better lawyer. Tim fought for me and was able to get me a settlement as a result. He did an excellent job representing me. I can't think of anything he could have done better.

Call Attorney Timothy D. Rodden

Atty Rodden was a great representative in my case. He walked me through different scenarios/outcome and provided me information that helped me make the best decision. Tim not only listened to me, he HEARD me which really makes a difference when you have a story that needs to be told in order to rece...ive the justice you believe you deserve. He was professional, available, and responsive. I did feel that Atty Rodden had my back and represented me fully. I also felt that he had a good understanding of the law surrounding my case yet he spent time researching similar cases to be sure we presented ourselves accurately. I would highly recommend Atty Rodden and would call him again should I need legal counsel.
