I wanna start off by saying, prayers do work (Thanking God First). After moving from NYC to Massachusetts as a single mother with 4 kids and a whole lot of debt, I felt like my life was just falling deep under with no where out. I did lots of web searching and almost fell into one of those pay $89 an...d have your debt wiped out in 48hrs scam. I was such in big need of getting rid of my debt that I was willing to do anything to make it disappear, not only was it affecting me mentally but also physically. I owed over 20 Credit cards and a car loan which I was still able to keep after Chapter 7 since thats the only debt I had to keep paying as a priority since its much needed as a single mother with 4 kids. One day I prayed and said "please lord help me find an Attorney who can help me get rid of this debt that's within my budget" (LOW INCOME).The next day I was browsing once again through google and I typed in (FREE BANKRUPTCY CHAPTER 7 IN MASSACHUSETTS) and boom Massachusetts debt foundation inc popped up. I quickly clicked on the link and probably read through their whole website just to make sure it was not another scam, Thanks God! it was not, the next day I was right on the phone with Maegan who is so humble and professional She explained to me the process which was so much easier than giving up $89 to a scam website she went through the whole entire process with me than in about 2 week from that phone call I met up with Richard who is also so humble and professional he had me sign all the legal documents that needed to be sign and in just another month from that day was my court date. The whole process takes about 3 months the max and becomes a life changing. I can actually breath better and sleep better, knowing that there are solutions to our burdens and God blesses people to help others in need. I thank Maegan and Richard for such great amazing life changing they have brought to my life after my chapter 7 discharge. Thank you!

After much angst I begun browsing the computer for local bankruptcy attorneys and found Mass Debt Relief, I phoned the number provided, called and left a message without really expecting to hear back.. I knew nothing about bankruptcy and figured I wouldn't be qualified. I didn't own anything substant...ial and was not a business owner (soon I discovered those things were not a factor). I was totally anxious when she phoned me to conduct a short intake survey. I answered all her questions about my financial situation, though feeling pretty embarrassed about the state of my credit and financial struggles, Atty Hurley put to rest any self doubt i had and reassured me that "life happens" and that she could help me! Excited! Scare but Relieved! She explained the process and the work I would need to do so that she could successfully work our case. I assumed I'd have to take time off to prepare for what was ahead of us. Most of all our communicate was achieved through email. She was always prompt, detailed orientated and timely- answering all my questions patiently and truly alleviated any fear I had about the process. After much exchange of necessary documents, we met at her office to sign paperwork authorizing her representation as my Atty and with a deadline to complete the steps so she could file on my behalf sooner than later. I also received instructions for other online resources I would need to utilize, required fees if any and a date to appear in court, what to expect, what could happen, pros and cons,etc. Now, I know I was not her only client at this time but it always felt that way as she always stayed in contact, always returned calls, always pleasant and easy to talk to making this new experience for me seem like a walk in the park. Court date arrived...her demeanor and confidence made me feel good that day and just like that it was over.
