After I got laid off, my wifes income was just not enough to cover all of our living expenses and the mortgage, so we fell way behind on our mortgage (8 months). We were facing foreclosure, and had an aggressive attorney representing our lender who was pushing foreclosure quickly. After meeting with Richard, he developed a great Chapter 13 bankruptcy for us with an affordable payment plan based upon our income. The bankruptcy stopped the foreclosure and quashed the annoying lawyer.
Richard was smart, easy to speak to, and his knowledge of bankruptcy and state law put us at ease during a very stressful and difficult time. We highly recommend Richard and his office to help you with your bankruptcy or foreclosure issues

Richard's brilliant legal advice and hard-work helped me save my home from a foreclosure. When my husband was laid off, we could not afford our mortgage payments and fell behind significantly. Richard, with the help of his great staff Alex and Danielle, helped me stop the foreclosure process with a Bankruptcy case. The case provided me with protection and an affordable payment plan for my mortgage.
Rick's Office also performed a loan modification, negotiated with the bank, and cute my monthly mortgage payments almost in half - effectively saving my home. Our family is forever in debt to his firm, and he saved the roof over our heads. I HIGHLY recommend Rick and his office - they are friendly and can help.

Atty Gottlieb is one of the best bankruptcy attorneys in the marketplace. He's knowledgable and went our of his way to provide professional services for me. The economic recession and unrelenting loan modification rejections drove me into bankruptcy. Through the able guidance of Atty Gottlieb and his team, my house was SAVED, mortgage rate and monthly payment cut in HALF through an approved loan modification. That is service I needed and very much appreciated.
