This was the agreement set by Wassem in his own words; -February 26th: Amin Legal Group completes comprehensive review and evaluation of the file and its records, and requests additional documents if necessary. (Time line missed) -February 29th: Submit to you draft copy of comprehensive response to... USCIS (Task not done) -March 4th – after any input or edits from you, send a final version to you for another review. (Task not done) -March 7th – overnight Final Package to USCIS (Task not done) Finally the package was sent late 18th March and arrived after the deadline. I requested to have a copy from my file yet he never responded so i had to go to the BAR to facilitate collecting my file. I paid a premium as he seemed confident to sort out my case however I got a rejection on my case due to incorrect filing payment (late submission) He didn’t communicate the rejection to me and i got it all by myself, He didn’t even send me the USCIS notice decision till the moment writing this review. He said he will sue me if I didn’t remove the AVVO review and I will not. Now I have to get another lawyer to fix my case. Wish me luck.
