I continue to live with the horrible legal representation I received from Mr. Griffin. He put ZERO effort into my legal defense. He never did any of his own investigating. He only went with what the prosecution offered him. I will also mention this was supposed to be a collegial/friend of his. This t...oo backfired on him. She made a bafoon out of him in thr court. He made no attempt to organize a defense so I felt I had to opt for a plea bargain. He advised me to take a outrageously bad plea. The very first one offered to me. My probation is now TEN years on GPS!!!! Not even Charles Manson would get a deal like that. I was naive to the criminal justice system and believed he had my best intetest. Paying him an exorbanant amount of money for minimal effort and a very bad outcome. I live with the consequences of my poorly advised plea bargain on a daily basis. I write this review partly because I have had to hire another attorney to try and undue his bad practice. His demeaner in court is aloof and passive. Certainly not the aggresive legal reprentation I had hoped and paid for.
