So I got I to some hot water after a game in the city. I didn't do anything wrong just caught up in the chaos and the Boston police didn't care, like Nazi Germany that just arrested whomever crossed their path. Attorney Mahoney responded to a late night call from a friend of mine trying to get me out.... Attorney Mahoney coordinated my release and then appeared with me in court the very next morning. He had other things to do yet he rearranged his schedule to help me. He was clearly well known in the court room by every single person who worked there. He spoke to the judge with clear articulation and confidence and it was easily understood that the judge respected him when he spoke. I felt nervous at the situation in general but extremely confident with Mahoney at my side. When I wanted to throw money at him he told me to just wait until I see him in a few days. I was fraud he would t stay with me but now I know he knew I was vulnerable and he knew it and didn't want to take advantage of me. He actually told me to get a second or third opinion from other lawyers! I didn't get it? When my friends found out I was arrested they all had tried to have me hire "their guy" and truth is I did consult with 3 other lawyers. Then I got it. Mahoney wasn't the cheapest but he was definitely the best choice. He is responsive and responded with a call or text very quickly after I would call him. He is the definition I a local guy -- an essential element when needing a criminal lawyer in the old boys system that is the Boston court system. He is caring and compassionate and kept me informed every step of the way. And when we went to trial he stood next to me and never wavered when the cops had to be questioned vigorously to show the truth and that I didn't do anything. He did so with professionalism and respect and you could see the Judge had respect for how he was lawyering. Even if the outcome had been different (it was a not guilty on 3 criminal charges) I would have still been happy with my choice in hiring him. And he's a really nice person too. He really is THE GO TO GUY if you find yourself in trouble in Boston.

A breath of fresh air. Paul got my restraining order that was issued by my vengeful ex-wife terminated and persuaded the court to issue an order AGAINST her. A very well connected and well respected lawyer in Boston area. Cannot thank you enough for your sound advice and great work you did for me....
