Benjamin H. Duggan

Ben Duggan's work is amazing. He is very hard working, and represented me with confidence and poise. His directions were very straight forward, and he was very communicative. I learned from my experience with Mr. Duggan. I was very worried about the hearing at first, however just after a few calls I ...knew I was in the right hands. I would recommend Ben Duggan to anyone who needs to hire a lawyer.

When I first contacted Mr. Duggan, I was very distraught and worried because this was the first time in my life (I'm 31 years old) that I had a criminal case brought against me. I'll spare you the details, but needless to say it was a crime we both felt positive would be a good candidate for Pre Tria...l Probation. I had no record and from all I read outside of Mr. Duggan's advice, this was the most probable outcome. Fast forward 2 years later, and the case is finally resolved. Why is that? Politics. But Mr. Duggan never waivered. A case that shouldve been resolved in a matter of weeks, was unfortunately taken all the way to the day before a scheduled trial. Because of Mr. Duggan and his uncanny ability to get himself in front of the right people, I was able to resolve the case on the day trial was supposed to start. At no point in the two years did Attorney Duggan give up, or slack off. It was always clear he was giving 100% at all times. If you want a no nonsense lawyer who will never mislead you in any way. Ben is your guy. He is incredible intelligent and knows his way around the Boston Court System. Please take my words seriously because hiring a top notch attorney can be daunting, but look NO FURTHER, this guy will get you the best possible scenerio, no matter what. Thanks Ben!!

I highly recommend Ben Duggan, he was incredible. He is the most persistent, knowledgeable, and dedicated lawyer I've ever had the opportunity to work with. Throughout COVID everything was backed up and moving slowly, but Ben pushed on to get me a resolution and guided me through the process the ent...ire time.
