Prenup and Estate Planning
My fiancé and I sought out Kristin for these important documents before our big day. She was the consummate professional as well as informative about the law. She put us at ease and helped us navigate through these documents.
"Kristin and I worked together at the New Hampshire Public Defender, starting in the same training class. She is smart, hard-working, and approachable. Kristin's professional reputation is stellar: she is dedicated to her clients, knowledgeable about the law, and skilled in the courtroom."
"An excellent lawyer who treats clients with patience, care, understanding, and utmost professionalism - an even better person and I wholeheartedly recommend for future services."
"Kristin and I worked together in a guardianship matter. She was able to overcome language and cultural barriers to represent a vulnerable client in desperate need of help. Kristin was thorough and professional. I have referred clients to Kristin in the past for family matters, and will continue to do so in the future. I endorse this lawyer without hesitation."
"I worked with Kristin for years and she is a thoughtful, compassionate, and tireless advocate for her clients. She has amazing skills in the courtroom and captures a judge and a jury's attention. Highly recommended."
"I worked with Kristin at the New Hampshire Public Defender. She was a trial attorney and I was the Litigation Director. I got to know her through training and through consults in a number of cases. I would also hear about her work from other attorneys in her office and from prosecutors. Kristin is an outstanding criminal defense attorney. She is very smart and hard working. She is dedicated to her clients. She treats everyone fairly and reasonably. She has experience ranging from routine misdemeanors to the most serious felonies. If a member of my family was in trouble in MA, I would seek her advice. I completely endorse her as a criminal defense attorney."
"Attorney Weberg is one of the most zealous, attentive, smart, and caring attorneys I have ever worked with. We began our careers together at the Public Defender and she worked tirelessly for over seven years, litigating complex issues, negotiating favorable settlements, and maintaining positive relationships with her colleagues and adversaries. Now that she is in private practice, she is the first person I think of to refer a potential client to. I, myself, have used her services in court regarding a car insurance matter and her guidance and support was incredibly helpful. If you are looking for an attorney who is well respected in the community, knows the law, and is willing to go the extra mile to meet your legal needs, you could not do better than to hire Attorney Kristin Weberg."
"I worked with Kristin for several years. She is an excellent lawyer, very attentive to the client's goals, and using her skills (legal, writing, negotiating) to accomplish those goals."
"I got to know Kristen when she was a lawyer at the public defender’s office and I have known her for many years. She is a hard-working and tenacious lawyer. I highly recommend her."
"Kristen is a wonderful attorney and advocate. Having worked with Kristin for several years, I've seen how hard she fights for her clients and how much she cares about her client's concerns, as well as making sure her clients receive the best legal representation."
"I endorse Attorney Weberg without hesitation - experienced, competent, compassionate, and skilled."
"Kristin has over a decade of advocating for clients and is a pleasure to work with both in and out of the courtroom. I would absolutely recommend her to any friend or family member dealing with a difficult divorce or child custody matter."
"Kristin is a great lawyer who will stop at nothing to protect her clients. I have referred clients to her and do so without hesitation."
"Attorney Weberg and I both worked at the NH Pubic Defender, but in different offices. Kristin distinguished herself as a responsive and effective advocate for her clients, and a trusted colleague. We had a mutual client in 2015 and it was clear that she had fully earned his trust and respect. Kristin is a very dedicated, talented and thoughtful attorney."
"Attorney Weberg and I worked together for six years at the New Hampshire Public Defender. She is dedicated, compassionate, knowledgeable, and an excellent advocate inside and outside the courtroom. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking representation."
