I was an out of state witness/victim in case where I had made clear to the prosecution that I had no desire for defendant to be charged. When I spoke with Sarah, I was impressed with how thorough she was and how she had a plan for each of the different scenarios that could play out. She called out the prosecution for attempting to coerce me into testifying by sidestepping the interstate subpoena process and was able to successfully convince the court in my favor which resulted in the case against the defendant being dismissed.

One of her strengths was to say no and that strength created legal guardrails thay were a key to finding a solution... for myself and my son.

Sarah was great to work with in a difficult situation. She is warm, inviting, and relatable. She always seemed available for communication and to answer questions, even when I am sure her days were very busy. She accessed the resources of the rest of the firm when a question was out of her area of... expertise or scope of practice. Sarah was meticulous and detail oriented when preparing evidence for our trial. I sent her an overwhelming amount of pre-trial information and she was able to decipher what was the most valuable to present to the judge.
