Bill’s career began as a case manager at the Massachusetts Department of Children & Families, where he worked closely with families on issues such as custody, mental health, substance abuse, and domestic violence. This experience gave him a strong foundation for addressing the complexities of family law cases with empathy and skill. He later served as an assistant district attorney, where he developed extensive litigation experience by trying cases before judges and juries. This background enables him to advocate confidently for clients in contested family law matters.
Outside of his legal practice, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife, Kenia, and their daughters, Gabriella and Emma. A former hockey and volleyball player, he now channels his competitive energy into achieving success for his clients.

Very good at explaining the case and awesome at negotiating at a pretrial hearing ,He did a great job explaining the whole divorce process and the division of assets and has a great legal assistant that helps you alongside Mr . Faris .

I did not speak to attorney Faris, but to his assistant. I did not like her response to my questions and if he didn't have time to speak to me directly, then he doesn't have time to work on my divorce case

I’ve discussed with our legal assistant her conversation with you, and it’s my understanding that she explained to you how your particular issue would be analyzed by the court and offered to schedule an assessment with me if you wanted a more detailed analysis, and you said you’d contact us if you wanted one, but we never heard from you. Our legal assistant is trained to offer general information and to offer a more comprehensive assessment with the attorney if you're interested. What’s most important to us is to determine whether you didn’t like what she said because you don’t think it’s fair that the courts would handle it that way or if there was an issue with how you were treated by her. We are constantly trying to improve our client service and your specific feedback would be much appreciated. Can you please email me your thoughts at [email protected]? I would be happy to discuss with you how we can rectify this.
