Bill Farias was able to get DOR to help me negotiate child support arrears. I settled this debt within 15 minutes of him sending me an email with what DOR was willing to settle for. I came to Bill Farias in need of a lawyer to help me after I was served papers by my now ex husband. I spoke to multiple lawyers and did as much research as I could possibly understand. When I spoke with Bill I was hurting and felt lost, but he is the only one I spoke to that seemed to truly care. I ...didn't know how anything was going to turn out. Bill was able to ease my worry more and more with each meeting/court date. His office worked long hours at times to get all the information necessary and I'm thankful for their patience and kind words. At times it took me longer than it should have to get back to them due to getting lost in my own head at times, but they worked diligently with me to get the best outcome they possibly could. Both were always dependable in that whenever I had a question or issue arise I could text, call, or email and know I would get an immediate response or one soon therea...fter from one of them. If I had anything negative to say it would have to do with gaining access a couple of times to emailed forms but that had nothing to do with the office and more to do with operator error and the program compatibility of computers I used.
