Bill Farias

Bill is great... He worked for me for about a year and half. From the first consultation to the final hearing, he truly listened to my concerns and everything that I had to say, asked for my input, and likewise gave me his input. He always makes sure to put the children first, and made one not only o...f the the toughest moments of their lives, but also mine, seemingly easy. I could not recommend attorney Farias enough!

Went into Bill's office a bit unsure of what to expect. When the decision to divorce was made, there was also a verbal agreement to use a mediator since we had agreed to split everything evenly. After the intial consultation with this so called mediator it became apparent that I was not dealing with... neutral party but rather an attorney who was representing my ex's interests and looking for more than the equal split that we had already agreed upon. It was then that I decided that I had to find an attorney to help protect my rights. Bill came recommended through a mutual aquaintence. After an inital phone conversation with Bill to discuss the situation he quickly set up a meeting within a couple of days to meet at this office. He instructed me as to the documetation I should have ready with me for his review. Once we reviewed the case and papework, Bill quickly put me at ease. He explained the potential outcome of the situation and the risks that could be present. He was very clear in explaining his strategy to minimize any long term financial risk exposure. Through all of the back and forth bantering he kept me informed of everything that was going on. On several occaision we met back at his office to review changes and counters that were being proposed. He was alway listening to concerns and questions that I had and took his time to explain different things in terms that were easily understood. Many times I would express concern about the language in certain parts of the agreement that I didn't fully understand or wasn't comfortable with and he would say "Trust Me" and always assured me that it was going to be OK After a bit of back and forth with the other parties we finally came up with an agreement that I was very comfortable with and would allow me to go on with my life. I hope I never need the services of an attorney again, But if the situation ever arises that I do. I wouldn't hesitate to seek out Bill again. Great Guy, puts you at ease and does a great job of keeping you updated and informed. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
