BEST OF THE BEST

I don’t think I could ever find the words that would express my genuine appreciation and satisfaction with everything Paul has done for my family. When my husband was arrested in August 2015, I was heart broken, overwhelmed, and scared. His charges were very heavy and he was facing a lengthy amount... of jail time. This was not the first time I was left in this nightmarish situation. In the past I had retained lawyers (for far less serious charges) and was left extremely dissatisfied with their results and feeling like I had just flushed thousands of dollars down the toilet for nothing. I was at the point of giving up all hope of him ever turning his life around, especially now that there seemed to be little, if any chance of him being released from jail any time in the near future. If he was gonna have any chance of seeing the outdoors, he needed to be represented by the BEST of the BEST and that is exactly what Paul is, THE BEST. I had spoken with a number of lawyers that left me with little hope for a positive result in my husbands current cases, until I was given Paul’s name and number and decided to fight for the love of my life one last time. Paul is hands down the BEST lawyer/man I have ever come across. His attentiveness, honesty, confidence, commitment, and passion for getting his clients the best results possible, is what sets him apart from the rest. Not only does he want whats best for his clients, he also wants whats best for their families. Never have I come across a lawyer that made sure I was also doing what was best for me before financially investing once again. Paul was able to have my husband home after less than 6 weeks, and his probation reinstated. He was given 2 years on probation (so it was only extended a year from his original probation sentence from previous cases). Paul’s results have been remarkable, and without him my husband would have likely been incarcerated for many YEARS. Month’s after my husbands release, Paul also successfully fought for him to receive his Medical Marijuana card while on probation. This alternative to surgeries and pain medications, has been life changing for him. I am proud to say he has finally been able to remain sober and live a productive life thanks to all of Paul’s hard work and determination. Paul is the most down to earth person and if it wasn’t for his immense knowledge, ongoing commitment and determination, our lives would be extremely different today. He is a bull dog in the court room, and that I am grateful for.

Paul is a Savior!

Paul is an excellent defense attorney. I remember telling him that he is a bull dog in court and I thank my lucky stars that I decided to have him represent me. He will take care of your case from start to finish and he will let you know that you need to stop worrying because it's his job to do that ...and provide the best defense for your money. I faced 2 years in prison and Paul's objectivity and aggressive presentation of facts meant I could leave and go home to my family. He is creative and knows how to get you a fair deal. The Judge in my case told me that I was walking out a free man thanks to my attorney! I highly recommend Paul. He is professional and courteous and will get you the best possible outcome.

Could not have asked for better

I found myself charged with third offense OUI and facing minimum, mandatory 180 days in jail. After being arrested and spending 10 days in jail, including Christmas 2013, I was able to post bail with the help of family and friends. I needed a lawyer and found Attorney Paul Moraski online. Skeptical, ...I called and set up an appointment. Paul agreed to meet me at my residence (some 50 min. away) due to my transportation issues. I explained my circumstances and my desire to extend this case as long as possible. My highest expectation was to keep me out of jail, period, at least as long as possible. I also explained my financial circumstances and he worked with me on a flat rate that included all services. After reviewing the police and arrest reports, he recommended a motion to suppress. Explaining that even if nothing is suppressed, at least, we have the officer's statements recorded. Explaining those statements can never be changed. Attorney Moraski did exactly what he said he would do. He was able to suppress some evidence, while pointing out some major inconsistencies in the prosecution's case, At one point, the judge asking why this was not the actual trail. Attorney Moraski extended the case as long possible while exploring every avenue to prevent any jail time. At the time of trial, I was nervous, yet confident in all of Attorney Moraski's efforts. Attorney Paul Moraski was able to get all charges dismissed without prejudice. Not just the OUI charges, but all other included charges. Attorney Paul Moraski exceeded all my expectations. I believe he worked as hard as i could have ever asked and found me my freedom. I would highly recommend Attorney Paul Moraski to anyone in any situation where a criminal lawyer is needed. Highly recommended. Period.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
