I can no doubt easily agree with all of the positive Google reviews about Attorney Paul Moraski and his legal services and urge everyone to please read the following. Believe me when I tell you Paul Moraski is one of the best attorneys and most genuine people I have ever met in my life, and I have m...et quite a few outstanding people and unfortunately some not so I know good character when I see it and I'm in its' presence. I would recommend him and his legal services to anyone. My surrounding and circumstances with Paul are unique but anyone can benefit from my experience. I had the chance to objectively observe Attorney Paul Moraski in action for over 6 months as I sat and finished an internship in a District Court in Massachusetts as I completed my Bachelor's coursework for a Political Science degree at a University. I couldn't believe how prepared and professional Paul was each and every time he entered the courtroom and litigated a case, and I determined this opinion well before I ended up needing his services later on in 2 personal matters. He far out performed many if not all of his contemporaries and was well respected by the District Court, that I can tell you. As a former Police Officer, as you can imagine, I have had a chance to see things from quite a perspective and from both sides of the Law. I cant tell you how amazed I was/am at how Paul conducted himself every time in Court, and how knowledgeable he is with Massachusetts General Law Code no matter the Case. He never came to court unprepared as I had observed many other lawyers that did so and he never wasted a clients time or money, even my own. Until two years ago I thought I would have never needed an attorney in my life but since I have needed to use Paul Moraski's legal services twice in the last year and a half and I have been extremely pleased with his professionalism. He was a Godsend! After I had completed my degree I ended up going through a Lengthy Probate Matter, and I had a family member file a bogus Mass 209A Abuse protection order against me in an attempt to destroy my character and professional reputation and to effect and negate my License and Right to Carry a Firearm. Without going in to details, Paul had all the 209A charges dismissed after he proved all the accusations to be false, and I could not have done this without him. Approximately over a year later I had to hire Attorney Moraski again because the town in which I live would not renew my License to Carry even though all the charges were dismissed and my background record was near perfect. I felt the Chief was intentionally delaying my LTC Class A application so I hired Paul to safeguard my 2nd Amendment Rights, and frankly I was absolutely amazed with his results and I was glad I did! After hiring Paul he swiftly resolved the matters with the renewal application in less than 2 weeks after it had dragged on prior for almost 10 months (it usually only requires 40 days to renew). Paul's experience and expedience in these matters saved me thousands of dollars had we eventually had to end up subpoenaing the Chief to get a Judge's order to get my right to carry reinstated, which we were prepared to do. Personally I would have preferred to do that but thanks to Paul I didn't have to. Trust me, this was the best money I ever spent except for Charity. Paul loves his work and he loves helping people and it shows in everything he does. With my right to carry reinstated I am actively seeking Police work again and I have so grateful for everything Paul has done for me and eager to pay it forward thanks to him. He has given me my life back and renewed my faith in The System. If Paul hadn't chose the Legal Profession, he would have made a fine outstanding Police Officer and hey Paul I don't know if you'll ever read this but it's not too late! lol. If not I'm sure some day you'll make a fine Judge if you choose to.
