I want to start by saying Lawyer Moraski is very knowledgeable and professional. I started my driving case with a different lawyer who didn't handle my case with as much care and could've cost me a lot more consequences in the end. I knew I needed to turn to Paul for help, after being referred to him... and reading his outstanding reviews. I knew the first time I consulted with him that he would be the guy to hire for my case. He was very thorough in explaining the process and my options, kept the communication very clear and confidential, and was very supportive. I would recommend Paul to anyone who needs a criminal defense lawyer. He is a genuine, caring, and dedicated guy who cares a lot about his clients and their cases.

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude to Law Office of Paul R. Moraski for his outstanding representation in my son’s case. I had got a late night call from my son in Boston saying he was arrested and in jail for a felony charge. My son has never been in trouble before with the law. After hear...ing what he was being charged with and the amount of time he was facing if he got convected, I was devastated !!!!!! It was late night when I began to Pray and Pray and Pray asking God to help me find the best criminal defense lawyer to defend my son. I began to search around for the best defense attorneys online I could find to represent my son’s case and I began calling different attorneys and reading a lot of review’s. God brought me to The Law Office of Paul R. Moraski. But by the time I spoke to Paul that morning my son was already going before the judge with a public defender too go over his charges and to get a bail amount set and it was set at $60,000. I was upset and crying because I didn’t have that money and money for a lawyer, I couldn’t even think straight. I should’ve hired Paul immediately!!! I called and spoke with Paul and told him what the judge had set the bail amount for. Paul assured me not to worry that he can set a bail review court date asap to get the bail reduced and he did just that. He got it down to $30,000. I was still sad because I knew I had to pay $30,000 to bring my son home and pay Paul to represent him. Me and my son flew to Boston to meet with Paul in person to go over what my son was being charged with and what it would cost me to have him represent my son. I knew how serious the charges were and I knew I wanted nothing but the best defense for my son. I said to Paul , God sent you to me to represent my son’s case so you are stuck with us!! I was honest with Paul and told him I don’t have $50,000 to give to him in full and money to bail my son out of jail . I ask Paul for a blessing to please help to help my son ! I told him what I could pay monthly and he said he will work with me and he did just that!!! However we lived in another state and Paul made sure we didn’t have to fly back for court date and everything was done through Zoom!!! My Little Blessing! God Is Good All The Time! Paul showed me nothing but respect throughout the whole process. He was there to answer all my questions and concerns even if I was calling him and asking the same questions over and over again. Paul was patient with me as a concerned parent. Paul showed nothing but understanding and demonstrated empathy through out the whole legal process. Because he knew I was a devastated mother and in a state of panic! Paul always returned my calls and text messages right away and was there to assure me not to Worry and to let him do the Worrying!!! After court date after date Via zoom Paul got the case DROPPED and DISMISSED! THANK JESUS!!! Paul knows his job and I will recommend him to any that is caught in a bad situation!! I hired attorney Paul Moraski bak in 2019. I was being charged with joint venture on a case that involved assault to murder. When i spoke to Paul he sat with me and reassured me their was a lot of ways he can help me. He studied my case from the beginning to the end not letting no piece stay out. Itv... was the scariest time of my life. At times, I wanted to jus give up and take anything jus to make it go away. He kept reassuring me we had a good case with a good defense and he would prove my innocense. 2 and a half year later we went to trial hearing speak and defend me made me really comfortable and i had hope. Next, thing you know the District Attorney could not continue her case. He is a very respectful lawyer, listens, and gives you the best advice. He does not sugar coat things and tells you what it is.
