Being unsure and frightened, Jamie explained my rights and fought (from the starting line) to keep me from being taken advantage of my opposing counsel. I cannot recommend Attorney Paul Moraski highly enough. He came fully prepared and had researched my case impeccably. He also listened to me and read through my various notes on the case and took everything into consideration when presenting his case and cross-examining witnesses. He is firm without ...being obnoxious, able to adjust his approach on the fly based on testimony and the judge's temperament. He displayed a masterful understanding of the facts in a case that was a spiderweb of complications and managed to ferret out the facts through it all and he won what I think was a difficult case to win. I unfortunately found myself in dire circumstances without anywhere else to turn. I was looking at potentially a LOT of fines and jail time. He put things very succinctly as far as how the case would proceed every step of the way and didn't dwell much on speculation.
