Mr. Rozmiarek gave me solid advice!

Had a question on some gambling laws that i wasn't fully understanding and he went out of his way to give prudent advice to the best of his ability. He was respectful and answered in a clear, concise way I couldn't recommend him more.

Extremely rude

Did not even take into consideration what I wrote, wrote a whole bunch of irrelevant non sense that don’t even make sense I’m only 20 I’m new to this but my parents said the way he replied back was extremely rude. Not helpful at all will be talking to someone else

If you thought that my reply to your question "didn't even make sense," then it's possible that you just don't understand it. If you are only 20, that's not surprising. (I don't mean that as an insult at all; just that you may not understand the answer.) I don't know which question was yours or which response you're referring to, so I'm afraid I can't be any more helpful than that. You may want to review with an attorney.

Straightforward advice

I was terrified of something that turned out to be a likely scam. The straightforward counsel is got whole short relieved so much stress and helped me piece it together that I’m being scammed.

Others reviews shined light into how my question was handled

My first mistake seemed to be mentioning my sexuality the first time I asked a question. Somehow Mr Rosmiarek ended up getting the question and answering it the second time I asked when I provided further details that show an exception in the ordinance for the park I was ticketed for trespassing in a...fter hours after my car broke down. He questioned the legitimacy of the ordinance, where I found it, who it was referencing as it pertained to emergency even though I posted it within quotes as it’s written. I didn’t deny being where I was but have evidence showing my car broke down there and video shows that the cop was prejudice towards me for no legal reason. I asked the question 2 times because I didn’t know the exception for emergencies existed the first time and even with this exception and the fact it could prevent me from receiving financial assistance with continued education he still advises that I pay the ticket rather than ask that the city uphold the ordinance and apply the emergency exception as written. Although I appreciate the fact he takes the time to review questions and answer them I can’t imagine paying someone to tell me to ignore the law and admit guilt when I had a valid reason, not excuse as stated, to be where I was, when I was!

I am sorry if you misunderstood my responses to your questions. I would never suggest that anyone ignore the law. In fact, if you review my responses, I recommended that you have the ordinance your quoted reviewed by a local attorney to help you decide what to do.
