Bad review
Edward J Rozmiarek won't let me sue my teacher for not letting me drink water. In the nicest way possible I think you should fire him.
I think this one speaks for itself. I'm not too worried.

Extremely rude
Did not even take into consideration what I wrote, wrote a whole bunch of irrelevant non sense that don’t even make sense I’m only 20 I’m new to this but my parents said the way he replied back was extremely rude. Not helpful at all will be talking to someone else
If you thought that my reply to your question "didn't even make sense," then it's possible that you just don't understand it. If you are only 20, that's not surprising. (I don't mean that as an insult at all; just that you may not understand the answer.) I don't know which question was yours or which response you're referring to, so I'm afraid I can't be any more helpful than that. You may want to review with an attorney.

Others reviews shined light into how my question was handled
My first mistake seemed to be mentioning my sexuality the first time I asked a question. Somehow Mr Rosmiarek ended up getting the question and answering it the second time I asked when I provided further details that show an exception in the ordinance for the park I was ticketed for trespassing in a...
I am sorry if you misunderstood my responses to your questions. I would never suggest that anyone ignore the law. In fact, if you review my responses, I recommended that you have the ordinance your quoted reviewed by a local attorney to help you decide what to do.

Should be removed from this site immediatley
This individual appears to be a ghoulish and judgmental person, and there are allegations suggesting he may be a sexual predator. This information can be easily found with a simple Google search. Avvo, either by turning a blind eye to his past dealings or not properly vetting him, really puts its own...
I'm sorry if you didn't like an answer I gave. Beyond that, it's impossible to respond to your post without any reference to the actual question. You refer to some allegations that were made against me about 8 years ago that were made public. They were fully investigated, nothing was ever charged, and the matter was closed completely. However, the closing of any investigation is never made as public as the initial allegations. That's one big problem with our news media: the allegations make exciting news and fodder for gossip, but the truth of dismissal rarely gets brought out. Regarding my credibility as an attorney, that is always in question, either for me or anyone else. You, or anyone looking for legal counsel, should always be critical of the advice you receive and don't blindly accept anything you hear or read. I believe that most of what I read on Avvo.com seems to be pretty good advice, but I have the benefit of having been to law school and working in the field for years. The best you can do is get multiple opinions, read the responses of more than one lawyer, and look for comments and agreements from other attorneys.
