Terrible advice
I posted a question and he answered it by saying I shouldn’t seek out advice from strangers on the Internet; ie attorneys on this site! Said I should ask my lawyer. I’m obviously on here looking for a second opinion and to possibly hire a different lawyer! I guess he doesn’t want any new clients. He’...
You're right - I don't want any new clients, and I'm not looking for any on this site. I'm doing this for free, to try to help people who have questions. And while you're certainly entitled to a second opinion if you want one, it would be a very bad idea to take advice about pleading in a criminal case from a website like this one. This site exists to answer people's general questions about legal issues or to get some advice about how to start dealing with a legal problem. No reputable attorney should even try to answer your question, "Should I plead or go to trial?" without spending time with you, examining all the evidence, and negotiating with the prosecutor involved. So I'm sorry if you didn't appreciate my answer, and maybe I could have worded it differently, but I stand by it in saying that if you don't trust the advice that your court-appointed attorney has given you, then perhaps you should hire a new attorney; but you should not be taking advice from people who read a summary of your case for 30 seconds and then give you an answer. Your criminal record is more important than that.

Very knowledgeable
I contacted attorney Rozmiarek regarding information on obtaining documents for a very difficult custody case. Under his guidance and legal "know how" I was able to quickly move through the process. The process was at a stand still before I received a consultation and legal advice. Highly recommend

Give me the BAD NEWS! Please?
Mr. Rozmiarek took the time to "really" read my question, and being "out of state", must have gone to the trouble to look up and review a few Florida State Statutes to provide an answer that was concise and beneficial in that it helped me to avoid a pitfall. Kudos, I really appreciate you going the e...
