Please place concider another lawyer
Rude, not helpful, dismissive when I had a consultation, said I would never in a million years have a chance with my case, however I went with another lawyer and it was a success. I should have done more research on this man before having a consultation, but a simple google search of his name provide...
We never had a consultation and I never told anybody that they "would never in a million years have a chance." I don't know who this person is or what this review is about.

He claims my case isn’t real
He told me that the school stuff doesn’t have to provide video even though the FERFPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) allows you then skipped parts of my story and defended the party I’m going against.
Asking us a question here is not meant to be a contest about trying to make us agree with you. You asked a question and I gave you my legal opinion. I'm sorry if you didn't like my opinion about your case, but I'm afraid that doesn't make me wrong. I did suggest that, if you wish, you are certainly free to find an attorney with a different opinion who would want to take your case. In fact, if you find someone, I'd be happy to hear about it.
