Raised in Saugus, Massachusetts, on Boston’s north shore, Attorney Christopher J. Finn is proud to have established his law office in the town in which he grew up. Attorney Finn received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School located in downtown Boston, with a Business Law and Financial Services Concentration with Distinction. He was recently named a SuperLawyers Magazine Rising Star for 2015 and 2016. He has served on the Editorial Board of Suffolk University Law School’s Transnational Law Review and has won an award for his outstanding oral advocacy. Attorney Finn has appeared and successfully argued motions and trials in the District, Superior and Probate and Family Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Attorney Finn can provide you with superior legal representation in a wide array of practice areas, including but not limited to: divorce law, child custody/visitation, contempt proceedings, personal injury law, contract drafting/negotiations and disputes, civil litigation, real estate conveyancing and disputes and estate planning.
Prior to founding Finn & Eaton, P.C., Attorney Finn has also worked as Associate Counsel at the Chapdelaine Law Office, P.C., and has held internships at State Street Bank & Trust Company’s Information Technology Legal Group, the Corporate Department of Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale and Dorr LLP, and as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Albert Conlon of Lynn District Court.
In addition to his law practice, Attorney Finn is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Essex County Bar Association and the Real Estate Bar Association. He volunteers his time serving on the Saugus Affordable Housing Trust, as an Alternate of the Saugus Zoning Board of Appeals, on the Board of Directors for his local Lions International Club, and proudly represents Precinct 9 of Saugus as Town Meeting Member.
