I do not think I have enough room on this to write everything about Matthew T. Desrochers that I would like to write. First and foremost, my initial consultation a couple of years ago was probably the most effortless and informative meeting I had with any lawyer prior in fact, after spending thousan...ds and thousands of legal fees over the years with various lawyers on various matters, Matt was the only lawyer that stood out and I remember after that session, I wished I had met him years ago. I had no question or concern paying him the retainer to start representing me on a real estate transaction. Since that day, I literally go to him for every legal matter regardless of his focus. A few instances, he consulted me without even taking a dime to the point that I practically pushed him to please charge me. That being said, he is well worth his fees and then some and I joke with him all the time that I am a lifer with him. I have hired him yet again for several transactions and have referred him to a few other family members as well and will continue to refer him. My only concern with attorney Desrochers is loosing his time to many other satisfied clients :) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

He is the consummate professional — knowledgeable, courteous, patient and thorough and I highly recommend him. I completely trusted his legal advice and will not hesitate to contact Matthew again for legal advice, if necessary.

After 2 years of failed negotiations an associate strongly recommended I have Matt take over all aspects of my short sale. I was losing my buyer and fighting a seriously notorious financial group (google: lawsuits of OCWEN). Knowing full well Ocwen would be a nightmare Matt went to battle. Despite ha...ving already lost 2 years, Matt sustained the buyer's confidence till the deal was done. Matt negotiated a much better deal than what was rejected years earlier!
