Massachusetts Nursing Home Attorney

Attorney David Hoey help me and our family through a very difficult time, as my mother was poorly cared for and mistreated at her nursing home, a place we had trusted. I thank him from the bottom of my heart for all the hard work he did. I can now put my mother peacefully to rest. Attorney Hoey is a ...wonderful person and should be proud of the profession he is in. I would recommend Attorney Hoey to anyone in need of a nursing home attorney.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"Attorney Hoey is a trailblazer in the field of nursing home negligence. I spent many years in a practice focused on the defense of nursing homes, and in the many matters in which he was opposing counsel, he was invariably a formidable adversary. His good reputation is well deserved."

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I endorse David Hoey with no reservations whatsoever. I have known David for about ten years now since we both handle cases involving nursing home abuse and neglect. Although I am based in St. Louis, Missouri, I was working on a case based in Iowa that involved an ownership company in Massachusetts. David was happy to help me with the procedural issues required by Massachusetts to allow me to proceed against that entity. Beyond that, I have heard David speak several times at various national events. He is knowledgeable and passionate about nursing home cases. If you are in Massachusetts and are looking for an attorney to help you with a case against the nursing home industry, David Hoey should be the first attorney you call."
