Biography
2010 marks our 13th year of representing victims of Nursing Home abuse and neglect. Thirteen years ago lawyers in the Commonwealth normally would not take such cases because they believed these cases were not worth pursuing. There was a need to protect the elderly living in nursing homes and assisted living facilities and nobody was doing it. We set out to prove that: Elderly are worth protecting, and; that the quality of care and quality of life can be improved by pursuing these cases.
The firm is equipped with trial counsel, a senior associate, junior associate, nurses and other medical consultants, Attorney Hoey; Office Manager and a Paralegal. We also utilize contract attorneys, Law Clerks, Private Investigators and research organizations when necessary.
