When I got into some trouble last year at a roadblock, I was referred to Attorney Paul Donaghue Jr by another Attorney friend of mine. Attorney Donaghue met with my husband and me for a consultation regarding criminal gun charges that were a result of a larceny at our home. My husband's hunting rifle was among the stolen items, so we of course reported it to police and they in turn charged my husband with possession of gun and ammu...nition because his FID card had expired. Attorney Donaghue thoroughly researched the law regarding this situation and presented us with his plan for defending my husband the first night we met. We had to appear in court several times before trial. The trial was yesterday and the outcome was exactly what Paul had discussed. My boyfriend got arrested for an OUI back on 2/2012. We were given Paul's name from a few different people (one being a police officer ).
