Paul did an outstanding job serving as my attorney in an OUI case. He knows the law and just as, if not more importantly, the lay of the courtroom land. Very intelligent, he possessed an affable and clear communication style with not only this client, but also with all associated with my case, inc...luding the jury and all the legal powers that be at hand. I can tell that Paul is highly respected in the legal arena, and felt even before my final (and not guaranteed) not guilty verdict that I made the best choice possible in regards to my cause by hiring Paul. Paul is incredible. He is such a good guy. Easy to talk with and guided me throughout the trial process. He came to trial fully prepared and did not miss a single point to be made. He brought the most valid and fair presentation of the case. He was able to clear my record and I was found Not Guilty o...f a DUI charge. The trooper was present at trial and body camera footage and Paul was able to dissect every moment of the footage to prove my innocence. If you need a lawyer without any doubt Paul is the guy! My family and I are eternally grateful for having him in our corner.

I thought my world was going to crumble. Lose my carreer and house. I thought my life was going to be destroyed. This was my 2nd DUI in over 20 plus yrs. I was accused of rear-ending a car. No damage to either vehicle. I refused the sobriety test and the breathalyzer. Automatically lose your license ...for 3yrs and place an IID device on your vehicle if convicted. He explained the whole process and reassured me that I would win this case. I did a yr later!!! He was recommended by a friend so now I will recommend him to you if you have a DUI. Make note, there is a reason Attorney Donoghue has 5 stars. My son was issued 2 speeding tickets within 2 weeks following general neighbor noise complaints around the high school. Mind you, he was driving up hill in a 30 year old 4 gear manual car when he was cited. Shifting gears up hill = rev'ing ...your engine in small town like Westford. He gets an "estimated 61" in a 30 going uphill while he also has a serious kidney issue going on that is painful with every bump, and required complex surgery. The officer even gave a warning that was not relevant which Paul immediately recognized. The second ticket was from the same cop when he was doing 30 and was ticketed for an estimated 47 after the cop said "I can hear you coming around the corner." My son told the officer he knew he was going the speed limit because a cop car had just passed him on the other side an he looked at the speedometer. The police prosecutor claimed my son was "confrontational" in telling his side of the story to the officer. Paul knew he could pull police car GPS data to confirm my son's account. He reminded the room while he was not taking up time showing documentation today he was in possession of it. Attorney Donoghue cares about each client, is confident, knowledgeable, and is HONEST. My son is on a JOL only 4 days from his 18th bday. A lot was at stake. Paul said this would be tricky. My son received a dismissal on the condition of no warnings or citations in the next 6 months. The magistrate even commented on the fact we had "great representation." If we are in a bind again, Attorney Donoghue is the first on our list to call.
