Attorney Donaghue has helped our family several times to navigate driving incidents and legal charges related to OUI. Most recently my son was involved in a car accident with a bench trial where he was found "not guilty". He has always responded very quickly and compassionately when we needed him mo...st. We contacted Paul early in November 2017 regarding an automobile accident that we believe should not have resulted in the charges made. Upon meeting with Paul, we noted, immediately that he was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. He spent a great deal of time with us providing us with antido...tes about various situations, since this was our first time involved in the legal system. He was able to offer us a complete description of the process and what we should expect. After several phone calls and another personal meeting we attended the hearing in early January, this was regarding two criminal and two civil citations, Paul’s representation at the meeting resulted in the magistrate dismissing all four charges.
