Apparently someone had used my phone number on applications and quit paying their bills. After being distraught when a bill collector contacted me unexpectedly yesterday, Nov 5, 2018, I filled out a form on line for assistance and almost immediately Craig contacted me ad assisted me. I was highly impressed with the moral support. Thought it was over but may not be since reminded of their... recent bankruptcy of which this should have been taken care of.
