I began receiving multiple harassing, threatening phone calls from "locators" working for a collection agency who were attempting to contact my son for an old (2016) phone bill. I explained each time he does not live with me, all I could do was relay a message. I contacted the collection agency direc...tly and informed them as well, but the phone calls continued, calling several times a day, even early morning hours. Each time the caller was extremely aggressive and threatening even though it was NOT my bill! I contacted Legal Rights Advocates and Brendan called me back almost immediately.
