My lawyer listened to me which is very important. When the Judge and DA tried to twist the story and insisted I was at fault basically stating with out knowing that I was at fault for what had happened with my case. Patrick (my attorney) did not take their BS. Very calm cool and collected he stated t...he facts and helped me beat the case. Not only was the case obvious and I had given the court all the information they needed, they still failed to do a proper investigation and still tried to pin the charge on me and again My Lawyer helped state that all the facts were there that I was innocent and should of never been charged. I came in contact with Atty. Winn after dropping my previous lawyer (who did absolutely for me not did she care about my case at all.) After the ridiculous charge that I had out of Woburn district court and an even more incompetent lawyer that I started out with. I was referred to Patrick Winn. After... speaking with him, he promptly met suth me within a day or 2. I hired him on the spot after just a short conversation. He is a very caring attorney and super reasonable.
