Biography
Patrick M. Winn is a Massachusetts criminal defense attorney and former Assistant District Attorney. At Winn Law, P.C., he represents people facing OUI and DUI charges, assault and battery, domestic violence allegations, drug and theft charges, sex offenses, and other misdemeanor and felony cases. He also helps clients facing clerk magistrate hearings and restraining order proceedings.
Patrick practices in courts throughout Greater Boston and Middlesex County, including Woburn and Boston. He has defended clients in Massachusetts District and Superior Courts and in federal court. His work includes challenging the evidence, litigating constitutional issues, negotiating resolutions, and trying cases. He takes time to understand what a charge could mean for each client’s life and to build a defense suited to the facts.
Patrick earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, a master’s degree in English Literature from Boston College, and a B.A. from Brandeis University.
