I never imagined I'd need a criminal defense attorney, but I was unfairly slapped with an immediate threat for a minor driving offense which was not witnessed by a cop (this violates the 'no fix' statute in MA, FYI). Frank is the most responsive attorney I have ever hired, and I've worked with sever...al, for various business and probate matters. His fee was very reasonable too, considering the work involved. I had actually hired another (younger) rmv attorney who treated me rudely and wouldn't answer my questions. Frank remanded the incident to a clerk's hearing, though the cop had filed for an arraignment. Frank never ignored my calls and emails and was present for every in-person and phone hearing, despite both the clerk and the rmv on separate occasions, attempting to start proceedings without him. The whole situation was stressful, expensive, and unnecessary, but if I didn't hire Frank I doubt I would have been able to navigate it on my own. Also I realized at the end of this 5-month ordeal that I've maintained a clean NDR throughout, and a clean criminal record. Frank did a great job! I hope to never need his services again, but he's the one to consult for criminal issues in central or metrowest MA.

I was charged with felony assault and battery with an dangerous weapon, misdemeanor assault and battery on a police officer, and misdemeanor reckless driving. My husband and I were desperate to find an attorney who had our back. It seemed that many just wanted me to admit to the charges and take a pl...ea. Since I have no previous charges and didn’t agree with what I had been charged with, a plea was not something I was willing to do. Plus, I didn’t want a record. My license was also revoked. We got the best results possible given the reckless driving charge: probation for 6 months and a letter to the officer. After the 6 months, I will have no record. It was just as Frank said, the whole ordeal will just be a memory. Frank is also in the process of getting me my license back. Frank is kind and knowledgeable. His prices are fair. I highly recommend Frank.
