I never imagined I'd need a criminal defense attorney, but I was unfairly slapped with an immediate threat for a minor driving offense which was not witnessed by a cop (this violates the 'no fix' statute in MA, FYI). Frank is the most responsive attorney I have ever hired, and I've worked with sever...al, for various business and probate matters. His fee was very reasonable too, considering the work involved. I had actually hired another (younger) rmv attorney who treated me rudely and wouldn't answer my questions. Frank remanded the incident to a clerk's hearing, though the cop had filed for an arraignment. Frank never ignored my calls and emails and was present for every in-person and phone hearing, despite both the clerk and the rmv on separate occasions, attempting to start proceedings without him. The whole situation was stressful, expensive, and unnecessary, but if I didn't hire Frank I doubt I would have been able to navigate it on my own. Also I realized at the end of this 5-month ordeal that I've maintained a clean NDR throughout, and a clean criminal record. Frank did a great job! I hope to never need his services again, but he's the one to consult for criminal issues in central or metrowest MA.

Frank Doran did a great job on our case! Even though it was only a traffic citation, it had the potential of messing up my husband's chance at becoming a citizen. He got the charges dismissed! At the court hearing the judge said "You know you only got this dismissed because you hired him, right?" So ...we are thankful we hired him!

Frank has handled several cases for me over the years, ranging from not so serious issues like traffic violations to very complicated cases involving more serious issues. I cant describe what a truly great person Frank truly is. From the onset..i had a citiation..3 days left out for a warrent (driving without license )and had to appear in court.Im a US GC holder and I had only 1 day as the Polar vortex was on in MA Thur/Fri Jan 30/31st and everything might be shut d...own. When i sent him my details(The Marlbourgh officer took away my valid out of state license CA and said i didnt have a license in MA)..i knew he was the best..but i felt he may not take my case..but i was wrong..next morning i got a call from Mr Frank. It was his deep voice ..confident and reassuring ..He asked me my details..and knew my urgency..asked me to immediately come to court..and hes a very experienced attorney..and highly respected..and he made everything seem like a breeze..been a techie..with a clean record..y helped..but thanks to Franks negotiating skills with DAs..and knowing when to approach the judge.. i was asked to pay a fine and no further arraignments.Hes a friend in need and utmost gentleman of the highest order. Frank Doran is my first attorney. I am an Immigrant. I never dealt with attorneys before. Last year i experienced an auto collision. It was a snow storm day , i was unable to take a turn because of lots of piled snow. My car hit a stone wall. I went with Insurance to get the car repaired.
