Client was arrested as a result of a random search as soon as the bus on which he was riding pulled into South Station in Boston. Attorney Doran challenged the search under Article 14 of the Massachuse ... tts Constitution by filing a motion. The allowance of this motion generated significant publicity and caused the MBTA to refrain from such tactics.
