We were about to lose our hope in the legal system when we were engulfed in a very difficult real estate dilemma. Rich came to our rescue like a Prince. He explained things to us in a very plain language. Everything played out just like he planned it. We cannot thank him enough for bringing resolution, peace and prosperity our lives.

Richard was first class.
He kept me (a very anxious client) calm in a stressful situation.
He dealt with the problem promptly and effectively.
Once he was involved the issue was solved within days.

We came to Richard to create a complex condo Master Deed/Trust/and Unit Deeds. Richard was fast, incredibly knowledgeable, and most of all, honest. I can't tell you how many times a lawyer in this process told us something was required by law, only to find out -- no, it wasn't. If you want the truth, go to Richard. He will tell you what is legally required, what is traditional but not mandatory, and when someone is feeding you a line of baloney because it benefits them. Richard was also FABULOUS at shutting down an opposing lawyer who's demands and self-righteousness did not match her knowledge. After this experience I will never trust a lawyer again who claims something is legally required, but Richard will tell you what you really need and what you don't, and then he will make it happen.
He is truly a rare find.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
I've enjoyed RIch's presentations and blog posts about real estate law for a long time. He is clearly knowledgeable and is a great resource for other attorneys in the community. I recently had the opportunity to work with him on a personal home purchase and the experience was excellent. He responded to every inquiry immediately and everything went very smoothly. I will be recommending Rich to all my clients.

I have known Rich for over 5 years. I regularly see him in housing court. I also have sent many satisfied clients to him for real estate matters. He is exceptionally knowledgeable at no sacrifice to his ability to connect personally to his clients. I cannot say enough good things about him.
