Alan Stanford Fanger

I should have written this review a few years ago, but just never got around to it. Without Alan, we would have lost our house to a greedy, unscrupulous ex-in-law. In fact, four attorneys refused to take on our case because they said we could never win, but Alan took it on. Although it was a gruel...ing fight, in the end, we kept our house and got back most of our attorney's fees. So many lessons were learned thanks to Alan's in-depth knowledge and willingness to go where other lawyers refused to go.

He was recommended by my sister who had used his service before. I thought he was someone that any landlord should have on his speed-dial. He was extremely knowledgeable. He gave me things 'as is', no sugar coating, no embellishing, no promising the moon. That allows you to see the whole picture.... I thought his approach to things were pragmatic and even-handed. He does things that you ask him, and he also tells you to do some things on your own to save money. He is accessible, and he listens to you very carefully. I met Alan through a mutual acquaintance. He represented me in a mis-classification case. He always looked out for my best interest. due to circumstances in my personal life it was best for me to settle out of court. Alan understood that & he was able to do just that. Alan kept me informed ever...y step of the way. He always explained things to me & never rushed me. He always got back to me in a timely manner whether it was through e-mail or telephone. He used drop box & any papers he received or filed he immediately put them on drop box. I would highly recommend Alan. He is very knowledgeable in many areas of law.
