Where do I start? I left the courthouse today with so much weight taken off of my shoulders. Phil is detailed, diligent, knowledgeable and just down right amazing!
A great lawyer to represent your business, and you personally
Attorney Taylor has represented my and my business on a number of concluded matters over the years, as well as some ongoing matters. He takes the time to make sure I am informed and understand what is going on. His advice to me has always been provided from a legal and practical point-of-view.
I received my Juris Doctorate degree from the New England School of Law in 2003, and my Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Massachusetts Boston, with a concentration in Finance in 1999.
At the New England School of Law I was recognized as a New England Scholar and a recipient of the New England School of Law Service Award. I assisted students as a Legal Research Advisor and volunteer as a judge for Moot Court, both as part of the legal writing program.
Additionally, while at the New England School of Law, I served on the executive board of the New England Journal of Criminal and Civil Confinement as the Managing Business Editor. As the Managing Business Editor, I oversaw the Journal’s Confinement Outreach Program and its 2003 symposium: Offender Sentencing and Re-entry: Changing Policies for Times of Budget Restraint.
I am admitted to practice before the Massachusetts State Courts and the Federal District Court for Massachusetts, including the Bankruptcy Court. I also serves on my town's Zoning Board of Appeals. My legal experience includes handling matters involving debtor and creditor rights, product liability, consumer protection, family law, and general litigation.

CAUTION -- this site's "rating system" is based on criteria that Avvo believes to be important and by assigning values to those criteria. In my opinion, the qualities that make a good lawyer are difficult to quantify. I do not endorse their system or ratings. If you need a lawyer, talk to friends and acquaintances whose opinion you trust.

Great Attorney
Phil Taylor was my legal council when a former employer sued me. Mr. Taylor handled every detail of the very tedious lawsuit and settlement in a very professional and considerate manner. I found him to be very diligent and his work was very thorough. He kept me well informed by email and phone every step of the way. He took special care to make sure that I understood all my options at all times. I felt as though I was in good hands through the entire process. Mr. Taylor made a very upsetting situation almost painless.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mr. Taylor to anyone who may find himself or herself in need of a good attorney. His meticulous work and professional demeanor speak for themselves.
