He will always be by your side

Alan worked with me from June 2024 until May 2025. I cannot say enough how grateful I am for his hard work in my petition to partition case. He was always patient, gave me great advice when I didn’t know where to go from the options, and represented my case well. Thank you again for all you did for m...e, Alan. You went above and beyond with everything, and I will contact you should I ever need you in the future.

Condominium Law Expert

Alan was extremely knowledgeable with a complex issue regarding the legal documents of a condo association. His expertise helped coordinate swift resolution without the need for litigation. Throughout the process, he kept us informed on the latest updates in resolving the issue. I highly recommend hi...s services regarding condominium law.

HOA Dispute

I was somewhat panicked about having a lien placed on my condo. I called Alan and within 10 minutes he laid out a plan of action. He pointed out areas of the law that supported my case that I would never have known about if I'd try to do my own research. Incredibly helpful, calming influence.

Will Contest

I should have written this review a few years ago, but just never got around to it. Without Alan, we would have lost our house to a greedy, unscrupulous ex-in-law. In fact, four attorneys refused to take on our case because they said we could never win, but Alan took it on. Although it was a gruel...ing fight, in the end, we kept our house and got back most of our attorney's fees. So many lessons were learned thanks to Alan's in-depth knowledge and willingness to go where other lawyers refused to go.

Attorney Fanger comes highly recommended!

Attorney Fanger was extremely helpful in handling our case. We were immediately impressed with his insight and intelligence. We felt his understanding of the law in this area was excellent and if he didn't know something, he wasn't afraid to admit he would need to find out more and get back to us. He... had our best interest in mind, but more importantly, he was fair and honest with us.
