Tracy Fisher Mediatin
Tracy helped us through the Massachusetts divorce process with expertise, compassion and a realistic view of what to expect and how things would go. We met with her a number of times and Tracy was always available by phone or email. When we went to court everything went as expected and the judge and court officer both commended us on using mediation and being able to handle the process aptly without attorneys in the courtroom, We owe a lot of this to Tracy Fisher. I also want to add that the fees are very reasonable especially when weighed against doing a contested divorce.

Tracy handled mediation and divorce services for me and my now ex-husband. She is knowledgeable, straightforward, and was able to balance both sides with equity and fairness. Our court appearance was short and the paperwork she created streamlined the process with few questions from the judge. Tracy balances professionalism and kindness, and made a difficult process easier to bear.

Excellent Mediation Services
I would recommend Tracy to anyone who is considering mediation. She was extremely professional, compassionate and kept our sessions on track. She listened attentively to the needs and views of both sides. Her mediation skills were impressive. Although mediation didn't work for us, it was certainly through no fault of Tracy's. I would highly recommend Tracy Fischer Mediation.
